Edition 2025 — Garrufo con Gusto

The 2025 edition of Garrufo con Gusto took place from August 2nd to 8th in Piazza XXV Aprile, in the village of Garrufo, Sant'Omero. For one week, the Pro Loco Garrufo APS served Saragolla maccheroncino with rooster ragù and numerous local specialties, confirming the event as one of the most popular summer festivals in the province of Teramo. The stalls were open every evening from 7:00 PM.

From August 2nd to 8th, 2025, the village of Garrufo di Sant'Omero hosted a new edition of Garrufo con Gusto – Saragolla Maccheroncino Festival, in Piazza XXV Aprile. The food stalls managed by the Pro Loco Garrufo APS offered the event's signature dish, Saragolla maccheroncino with rooster ragù, along with Pollo Imperiale, arrosticini, pasta alla chitarra, fried calzoni, fried cheese, and fried olives from the Vibrata valley. The evenings, enlivened by music and entertainment, attracted numerous visitors from all over Abruzzo, confirming the value of a Quality Festival recognized by the UNPLI.
