In 2025, the Gargati Festival of Val Liona De.Co. also animated the Berici Hills in November, with the food stand in Spiazzo and local restaurants offering stone-ground wheat gargati, paired with local wines.
The 2025 edition of the Gargati Festival of Val Liona De.Co. took place in November, confirming the promotion of the typical pasta of the Berici Hills.
The De.Co. gargati, made with stone-ground flour from wheat grown in Val Liona, were served at the food stand in Spiazzo and at participating restaurants, paired with local wines. Pro Val Liona offered the usual side events to accompany the festival.
