Gaiato Festival

The Gaiato Festival 2025 was held from Friday, August 15th to Sunday, August 17th in the hamlet of Gaiato, in Pavullo nel Frignano (MO).

Friday, Ferragosto, kicked off with the midday barbecue on the panoramic terraces overlooking Cimone, followed in the evening by street food (hamburgers), polenta, crescentine, gnocco fritto, borlenghi, and entertainment with a DJ. Saturday featured an evening dedicated to the food stall with typical dishes and music in the square. Sunday, after the solemn Holy Mass at 11:30 AM with the choir, Banda di Samone, Bell Ringers of the Modenese Group, and procession with the statue of the Madonna, the celebration continued with the food stall, tortelloni, and a Briscola card game competition in the afternoon.

A three-day event that confirmed the Gaiato Festival as one of the most beloved events of the summer in the Modenese Apennines, amidst traditional flavors, popular devotion, and views of the Scoltenna valley.
