2025 Edition: two days of sport, health, and heritage

The weekend of October 11 and 12, 2025, marked the second edition of the Gaeta Urban Trail, structured as a full two-day program. Saturday, October 11, opened with free medical check-ups and cardiac monitoring reserved for the first thirty registrants, provided by staff from the Policlinico Gemelli. Free visits to the Sea Museum at the Palazzo della Cultura were also available, with guides provided by students from the Caboto Nautical Institute and historical-artistic insights from students of the Pollione Classical High School in Formia. The evening concluded with a charity dinner in the former convent of Palazzo Nari. Bib pickup took place in Piazza 5 febbraio 1861, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Sunday, October 12, was race day: at 9:00 AM, the 12.5 km competitive trail started from Via Annunziata, and at 9:15 AM, the 5 km Longevity Run began, both winding through medieval Gaeta and the Monte Orlando Park. The afternoon was enlivened by music, awards ceremonies, and a food party featuring local products. The entry fee was 15 euros by September 22 and 20 euros until October 10.
