#fuoriluogo – Literary Festival of the City of Biella

The eleventh edition of the #fuoriluogo literary festival was held in Biella from September 2 to 10, 2025, confirming its status as one of the most anticipated cultural events in the Province of Biella and Piedmont. The program took over numerous venues in the city center, from the Civic Library to the Opificiodellarte, from the Don Minzoni Theater to the Circolo Sociale, as well as the local prison and various bookstores and cafes.

Among the highlights of this edition were the foreign affairs marathon dedicated to in-depth discussions on conflicts, wars, and democracies, the #fuoriluogo workshop where writers presented other writers in a lecture format, and the waiting for #fuoriluogo series with lead-up events in the municipalities of Valdilana, Cossato, Camburzano, and Occhieppo Superiore. Guests included Emanuele Trevi and Chiara Faggiolani, as well as authors such as Teresa Ciabatti, Nadia Terranova, Mario Desiati, and Edoardo Albinati. Most meetings were free to attend, with some ticketed performances.
