From the Spring Trunk - Water Passing. Spring Purifications and Awakenings

During the spring of 2025, the village of Monsampolo del Tronto, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, continued to enhance its intangible cultural heritage through activities related to the Museum of the Crypt - The Mummies and the network of the Piceno Museum System. The Easter and spring traditions of the Marche peasant culture – songs, rites, oral stories – remained at the center of initiatives designed to involve the community and visitors.

These experiences anticipated the spirit of the "From the Spring Trunk" cycle, confirming the vocation of the small Monsampolo museum as a living place for transmitting the collective memory of Piceno and the Ascoli hinterland.
