Edition 2025 — From the Ricetto to the Hidden Tower

In 2025, the Ricetto Palazzo Canavese Association once again brought the village to life with guided tours exploring the medieval ricetto, the Great Tower, and the hidden corners of the town. An initiative that is part of the ongoing effort to promote the historical and rural heritage of Palazzo Canavese, in the Province of Turin.

The 2025 edition of the guided tours to the ricetto of Palazzo Canavese renewed the Ricetto Palazzo Canavese Association's commitment to showcasing the village's heritage. The routes led participants through the medieval ricetto, the Museum of Peasant Civilization, the Church of San Genesio, and the Great Tower, the last survivor of the ancient feudal castle. Between alleys, walls, and traces of the Via Francigena, the initiative offered an authentic look at the history and identity of this small municipality in the Serra morainic hills, in the heart of Piedmont.
