Frog Festival 2025: the 21st edition

The twenty-first Frog Festival in Marcianise was held from Thursday, September 4 to Sunday, September 7, 2025, in the weekly market area of Via Luigi Fuccia, organized by the Associazione Il Sito with the support of the Municipality.

The opening night on September 4 featured the opening of the stalls accompanied by DJ sets and group dances. On Friday, September 5, the concert by Asternova took place, along with performances by folk groups from the Nocera-Sarno area, using tammorre and castanets to revive the dances of the Campanian peasant tradition. On Saturday, September 6, the stage hosted a fashion show by the Anna Bernardo school, with a tribute to Giorgio Armani, followed by performances from young artists of the neomelodic scene and classic Neapolitan songs. On Sunday, September 7, the closing was entrusted to the concert by Franco Ricciardi, one of the most beloved names on the Parthenopean scene.

As per tradition, the food area offered fried frogs, eel, pettole and beans, seafood cones, and stuffed sandwiches, alongside exhibition stands from local artisans.
