Edition 2025 — Fritter Festival

In 2025, the Fritter Festival once again enlivened the ancient village of Cremolino on May 1st. Organized by the Pro Loco, the day featured tastings of traditional and apple fritters, medieval camps, falconry, period music, craft stalls, and the historical re-enactment with the flag-wavers of Asti, confirming the village's dedication to Monferrato traditions.

The 2025 edition of the Fritter Festival took place on May 1st in the Ancient Village of Cremolino (AL), in the heart of Monferrato. As per tradition, the Pro Loco prepared and distributed fritters, both in the classic version and the one filled with apples.

The day alternated between gastronomy and spectacle: medieval camps, craft stalls, falconry demonstrations, medieval music, and the historical re-enactment with the flag-wavers of Asti, bringing back to life a tradition rooted in Piedmontese medieval culture.
