Friggione Festival of Fabbrica di Imola

The 37th edition of the Friggione Festival was held in the hamlet of Fabbrica di Imola between the end of April and the beginning of May 2025, at the Social Centre on Via del Santo.

On the last weekend, May 9 featured karaoke and piano bar with Enrico & Elisa, May 10 had ballroom dancing with Fabio and Loretta, and May 11, during lunch, there was entertainment for the little ones. The food stand offered, in addition to friggione, tagliatelle al ragù and shallot, tortelli, polenta, strozzapreti with asparagus, grilled meats, and sheep arrosticini, with over two thousand eggs used to knead the pasta dough.
