Edition 2025 — Friends of the Festival Concert
The 2025 edition of the Friends of the Festival Concert, an off-program event of the 64th Stresa Festival, took place on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the Parish Church of San Maurizio in Gignese (VB).
Emanuele Carlo Vianelli, former principal organist of the Milan Cathedral, performed on the 1944 Mascioni organ. The program was dedicated to the centenary of the death of Marco Enrico Bossi (1861-1925), a great Italian composer and organist, with a journey that highlighted the links between Italian musical evolution and the traditions of continental Europe.
In this edition as well, admission was free, confirming the concert's vocation to combine artistic quality and accessibility in the evocative setting of the hills above Lake Maggiore.
