Edition 2025 — Fried Pizza Festival

The 2025 edition of the Fried Pizza Festival took place on Saturday, August 9, at the Multi-purpose Sports Center in Castelnuovo Parano. The star was the fried pizza, served in traditional and gourmet versions, with a new feature for those with intolerances: gluten-free fried pizza and beer. The evening was brought to life by live music from the Gruppo BattistiRock in a festive and convivial atmosphere open to the whole family.

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the Multi-purpose Sports Center of Castelnuovo Parano, in the province of Frosinone, hosted a new edition of the Fried Pizza Festival. Fried pizza was the true queen of the evening, prepared according to the traditional recipe and also offered in delicious gourmet variations.

Great attention was paid to inclusivity at the table, with the introduction of gluten-free fried pizza and gluten-free beer, allowing everyone to join the party. Accompanying the outdoor dinner was the live music of the Gruppo BattistiRock, which turned the evening into a moment of joy and sharing, perfect for the whole family, under the stars of Ciociaria.
