Edition 2025 — All About Frico

The 2025 edition of the Frico Festival took place in Flaibano over three weekends in August (1-3, 8-10, 14-15), featuring classic, herb, and spicy frico, polenta, local cured meats, and wines, live music, and the 'Waiting for Ferragosto' fireworks display on the night of August 14th.

The 2025 Frico Festival animated Flaibano for three August weekends, confirming the success of the event organized by the Pro Flaibano Association. At the sports facilities in Via Cavour, visitors enjoyed the classic frico, the frico with herbs—prepared with a mix of herbs from Flaibano's gardens—and the spicy frico, accompanied by polenta, local cured meats, and wines.

Amidst live music, tournaments, and family activities, the edition's highlight was the 'Waiting for Ferragosto' fireworks display, which took place at midnight on August 14th.
