Fresh Pasta Festival 2025 — 23rd edition
The 23rd edition of the Fresh Pasta Festival was held on August 11, 2025, in Piazza Garibaldi, in the hamlet of Pietransieri in Roccaraso (Province of L'Aquila). As per tradition, the A.N.A. Alpini Group of Pietransieri managed the organization, with fresh handmade pasta served at the stalls starting from the middle of the day.
The program included gastronomic service for lunch and dinner, the Pittera competition in the afternoon, and, in the evening, musical entertainment with a dance orchestra in the square. The festival was part of the 2025 summer calendar of Roccaraso and its hamlets, among the many popular and gastronomic events of the Abruzzese Alto Sangro.
