The Frascati Carnival 2025

From February 22 to March 4, 2025, Frascati experienced one of the most crowded editions in its recent history. The opening, on Saturday, February 22, saw Mayor Francesca Sbardella hand over the keys of the city to the Carnival King. The following day, Sunday, February 23, the Masked Procession of allegorical floats traveled the city ring three times, animated by folk groups and street artists, with over eight thousand people in the center.

The 2025 allegorical floats were dedicated to «Frascati City of Wine», the creator duo Me contro Te, and Harry Potter, the latter created by the Frascati Scienza association. On Sunday, March 2, the procession was followed by a concert by Raggi Gamma in Piazza San Pietro and the fireworks display in Piazza Marconi, with Villa Aldobrandini illuminated in the background. Throughout the event, the Passeggiata Belvedere hosted the Carnival Village with craft markets, local gastronomy, and children's attractions. The closing, on March 4, took place with the traditional cremation of Pulcinella and final fireworks.
