Edition 2025 — Frantoi Aperti

The 21st edition of Frantoi Aperti in Valle Roveto took place in San Vincenzo Valle Roveto (AQ) between late October and November 2025. The Olive Tree Trekking along the Oil Roads (16.5 km) opened the event on Sunday, November 2; the main days with open mills and cellars in the village of San Vincenzo Vecchio were held on Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9, with a final stage on Saturday, November 15 dedicated to EVO oil and Abruzzo cycle paths.

The twenty-first edition of Frantoi Aperti in Valle Roveto brought San Vincenzo Valle Roveto to life in the province of L'Aquila, with a rich calendar spread throughout the month of November 2025.

On Sunday, November 2, the eleventh edition of the Olive Tree Trekking opened the celebrations, a 16.5 km walk along the 'Oil Roads' starting from Piazza della Vittoria, passing through Morrea, the village of San Vincenzo Vecchio, the church of San Diodato in San Giovanni Vecchio, and the hermitage of Madonna del Romitorio.

On Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9, the village of San Vincenzo Vecchio hosted the main days with open mills and cellars, tastings of new oil made from the Monicella cultivar, traditional dishes, music, and food stalls. On Saturday, November 15, the final stage featured the presentation of the 'Ciclovie d'Abruzzo' (Abruzzo Cycle Paths) project, a conference on olive and truffle growing, a guided tasting of 2025 EVO oil, and a traditional dinner by the Pro Loco.
