Franco Battiato and Lucio Dalla Tribute Concert – 'Caro amico… ti vengo a cercare' Award

The fourth edition

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 9:00 PM, the Teatro Lucio Dalla in Milo hosted the fourth edition of the Franco Battiato and Lucio Dalla Tribute Concert, organized by the Pro Loco of Milo with the patronage of the Municipality and the Sicilian Region. The stars of the evening, hosted by Ruggero Sardo, were singers Amara and Bianca Atzei, accompanied by the Ethos Orchestra conducted by Maestro Daniele Zappalà.

The program featured the most beloved songs of the two masters—from Battiato's La cura and Centro di gravità permanente to Dalla's Caruso, Piazza Grande, and Anna e Marco—in orchestral versions. There was also space for the 'Caro amico… ti vengo a cercare' award, which involved secondary schools from the Ionian-Etna area: the first prize went to class II A of the Galileo Galilei Institute in Acireale. The evening confirmed the event as one of the most anticipated appointments of the Milo summer, welcomed by a warm and engaged audience.
