Edition 2025 — Francigena Fidenza Festival

The fifth edition of the Francigena Fidenza Festival took place from May 8 to 11, 2025, with the theme "The Horizon is Rome. From the finite to the infinite." Four days of culture, walking, and European identity, with guided walks, conferences, exhibitions, concerts, craft markets, and tastings of the Pilgrim's Menu, featuring prominent national guests.

The fifth edition of the Francigena Fidenza Festival was held from May 8 to 11, 2025, with the theme "The Horizon is Rome. From the finite to the infinite." Four days dedicated to walking, culture, and European identity, organised by the Municipality of Fidenza with the patronage of the University of Parma, the Diocese of Fidenza, and the Emilia-Romagna Region.

The programme combined guided walks, visits to the Cathedral of San Donnino, conferences, conventions, exhibitions, and book presentations, as well as initiatives for children and schools, concerts, craft markets, and tastings of the Pilgrim's Menu. Among the guests of the edition were: Gianni Biondillo, Jacopo Veneziani, Enrico Brizzi, Pietro Boitani, Lorenzo Barone, Irene Colzi, and Davide Fiz. The main venues were the G. Magnani Theatre, the Met@ marquee, the San Giorgio Oratory, the Cathedral, and Piazza Garibaldi.

Walks, exhibitions, and tastings

The programme included guided walks along the Via Francigena, visits to the Cathedral, exhibitions, book presentations, concerts, craft markets, and tastings of the Pilgrim's Menu, as well as initiatives for children and schools.
