Edition 2025 — Francavilla è Jazz

The twelfth edition of Francavilla è Jazz took place from September 3 to 7, 2025, in Piazza Giovanni XXIII in Francavilla Fontana, featuring five free evenings starting at 9:00 PM. Under the artistic direction of Alfredo Iaia, the festival brought together great names of Italian and international jazz, from piano duos to ensembles with exceptional soloists, completing the lineup with late-night jam sessions in Largo San Marco.

Francavilla è Jazz 2025 — 12th Edition

From September 3 to 7, 2025, Piazza Giovanni XXIII in Francavilla Fontana (BR) hosted five free evenings for the twelfth edition, with concerts starting at 9:00 PM. The artistic direction was entrusted to Alfredo Iaia, with the organization managed by the Municipality of Francavilla Fontana.

  • September 3 — Danilo Rea and Dado Moroni, a piano duo blending standards and rearranged songs
  • September 4 — Giuseppe Bassi 5et feat. Javier Girotto & Daniel Karlsson, "Kanata"
  • September 5 — Jany McPherson Trio, with Luca Bulgarelli on double bass and Amedeo Ariano on drums
  • September 6 — Andrea Sabatino feat. Badrya Razem, "Fatata"
  • September 7 — Nico Gori Swing Tentet, "10 Years!!!"

Enriching the program were the jam sessions with the resident band in Largo San Marco at 11:00 PM and a jazz-themed DJ set, extending the celebration in the historic center until late at night.

Concerts at 9:00 PM in Piazza Giovanni XXIII, free admission. September 3: Danilo Rea and Dado Moroni (duo). September 4: Giuseppe Bassi 5et feat. Javier Girotto & Daniel Karlsson – "Kanata". September 5: Jany McPherson Trio (Luca Bulgarelli double bass, Amedeo Ariano drums). September 6: Andrea Sabatino feat. Badrya Razem – "Fatata". September 7: Nico Gori Swing Tentet – "10 Years!!!". Fringe events: jam sessions with resident band in Largo San Marco (11:00 PM) and jazz DJ sets.
