The 2024-2025 edition: the Chocolate Factory

The fourth edition of Forlì that Shines took place from December 8, 2024, to January 6, 2025, with a theme inspired by Roald Dahl's famous novel, The Chocolate Factory. Forlì's historic center transformed into a world of sweets, toys, and magical atmospheres.

Piazza Saffi hosted the Christmas tree and the videomapping show on the buildings, while the gardens of Piazzale della Vittoria and Parco della Resistenza became the Gardens of Light, illuminated every evening starting at 5:00 PM. The ice rink, markets, and fairy lights spread across over thirty streets in the center were also present.

Among the new features was the "Golden Ticket Hunt" contest, with precious tickets to be collected by shopping in the city center stores, and prizes awarded on January 6. The edition surpassed 300,000 visitors, confirming the event's success in the capital of the Province of Forlì-Cesena.
