Forgotten Fruits Festival

In the 2025 edition, the Forgotten Fruits Festival brought the village of Felline, a hamlet of the municipality of Alliste, to life with a day dedicated to the ancient fruits of Salento. The focus was on the forgotten flavors of the Apulian rural tradition: jujubes, arbutus berries, pomegranates, service berries, azaroles, and carobs, rediscovered through tasting stalls and small markets selling local products.

The event, part of the autumn calendar of festivals in Alliste and Felline, also offered a moment to highlight the biodiversity and rural culture of the area, in the simple and convivial atmosphere typical of the villages of lower Salento.
