Forestàte – The Landscape of Differences

Forestàte 2025, the fifth edition

In 2025, the festival promoted by the PrimoPiano ETS Association expanded its calendar to eleven evenings, distributed from June 20th to September 5th, once again transforming the square of Foresta, a hamlet of Tora e Piccilli in the province of Caserta, into an open-air theatre in the heart of the Roccamonfina Regional Park.

The opening on June 20th was entrusted to Hotel Rêverie, by and with Antonio Maiorino Marrazzo and Antonio Mormone. This was followed by the vocal appointment of the Anonima Armonisti, the show Charlie Chaplin, the man behind the mask, Totò the Good, Miracle in Naples, the black comedy Sidewalk Witches on July 25th, the children's evening Walking through fairy tales on August 6th, and the usual concert on the eve of Ferragosto.

The closing on September 5th brought Lino Musella to Foresta with State of Siege, based on the text written by Mahmoud Darwish during the 2002 siege of Ramallah: a finale of strong emotional impact, consistent with the civil vocation of the festival. The edition was held under the patronage of the Municipality of Tora e Piccilli, the Roccamonfina Regional Park Authority, and the Monte Santa Croce Mountain Community, and was artistically curated by Antonio Maiorino and Massimo Pastore.
