The 2025 edition
In August 2025, Bellosguardo, in the Alburni mountains of Salerno, hosted the third edition of the Food Experience Festival organized by the Remain APS association. Alongside the food area with local producers and entertainment events, the edition was characterized by institutional work that was unusually structured for a village festival.
On August 11, 2025, the conference "Tourism, Culture and Sustainability in the context of food experience" was held, moderated by Rossella Pisaturo, with contributions from, among others, Giannialfonso Peduto, Giuseppe Parente, Felicia Gaudiano, Carmine Nuvoli, Alfonso Conte, Cono Federico, Rosario Pingaro, Giuseppe Scorza, Daniele Croce, and Elio Guadagno.
The discussion concluded with the signing of a memorandum of understanding that set concrete goals: the creation of inter-municipal event circuits, a digital platform for territorial promotion, food and wine experiential itineraries, and the designation of a "Capital of Inland Areas 2026". An outcome that strengthened the festival's role as a place for planning for the municipalities of the Salerno province hinterland.
