Edition 2025 — Food and Wine Living Nativity

The 2024/2025 edition of the Food and Wine Living Nativity of Licodia Eubea took place on the evenings of December 21, 25, 26, and 28, 2024, and January 1, 4, and 6, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Along the route in the historic center, between the Calvary, the Castle, and the ancient houses of the village, dozens of actors in costume reenacted the trades of the past, while visitors tasted cheeses, olives, sweets, wine, and patacò. Admission was a symbolic cost of about 4 euros.

2024/2025 Edition

The Food and Wine Living Nativity of Licodia Eubea returned for the 2024/2025 holidays with seven opening evenings: December 21, 25, 26, and 28, 2024, and January 1, 4, and 6, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Admission had a symbolic cost of about 4 euros.

The itinerary unfolded in the historic center, between the Calvary, the Castle, and the ancient houses of the village, animated by dozens of actors in period costumes who reenacted farmers, shepherds, blacksmiths, carpenters, cobblers, and bakers. Along the path, visitors were able to taste typical products prepared by the residents: cheeses, olives, sweets, wine, and the famous patacò, a chickling vetch flour dish that is a symbol of local cuisine. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Eubea.
