Fontanelice Fried Flatbread Festival

The 69th edition of the Fontanelice Fried Flatbread Festival animated Fontanelice on Easter Monday 2025, confirming the success of the village's oldest festival. In Piazza Roma, approximately 12 quintals of fried flatbread were distributed from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The cultural program included the photographic exhibition Acqua compagna della vita (Water, companion of life), curated by Pietro Fabbri and the Imolese Photographic Group, and the exhibition Poesie di stoffa: via Mengoni e dintorni (Fabric poems: via Mengoni and surroundings) by Valeria Vespignani, as well as visits to the Civic Tower and itinerant music by I Musicanti della Bandessa. The commemorative plate for the edition, designed by cartoonist Lucio Filippucci, depicted the Bear with the threshing machine. In the afternoon, at the sports field, the donkey race took place among the village districts.
