Folk Song Festival – René Fiorio Choral Meeting

The 2025 edition of the Bioglio Folk Song Festival confirmed the autumn appointment dedicated to choral music and the memory of the Biellese poet René Fiorio. The event was held in the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta, the usual setting for the festival, with free admission.

As every year, the Coro Biellese La Campagnola, directed by Simone Capietto, took center stage, accompanied by guest choral groups from Piedmont. The program blended traditional Biellese folk songs with original compositions, in an evening that renewed the bond between the Bioglio community and its musical tradition.
