Foiano della Chiana Summer Carnival

The 2025 Summer Carnival of Foiano della Chiana took place on June 6 and 7, inaugurating the town's rich summer calendar. On Friday, June 6, the allegorical shipyard square transformed into a large outdoor banquet for the traditional Cena dei Mille, which welcomed more than 1,500 participants in an atmosphere of sharing, music, and conviviality. The two days, animated by masked parades in the historic center, brought over 6,000 people to town, including young people, families, and visitors, confirming the success of the summer version of Italy's oldest carnival. The artistic direction was entrusted to Roberto Cateni.
