Fobello – Selle di Baranca Partisan Walk

The 2025 edition of the Fobello – Selle di Baranca Partisan Walk confirmed the established formula of the ANPI Varallo and Alta Valsesia Partisan Walks: a day of walking along the trails of memory, from Santa Maria di Fobello up to Alpe Selle di Baranca. Accompanied by historians, participants retraced the places where partisans found refuge during the War of Liberation and where Villa Aprilia once stood, before its destruction in the 1944 raids. An event that, year after year, renews the bond between the upper Valsesia and its history of Resistance.
