Flower Carpet of Corpus Christi

The 2025 Flower Carpet of the Abbey of Chiaravalle della Colomba, in Alseno (PC), took place from June 22 to July 6 on the theme "Via Lucis". Along the nave, the carpet of flowers and leaves served as a backdrop for eleven panel paintings by the Florentine artist Stefano Villaggi.

On the Sunday of Corpus Christi, June 22, after the Mass and Eucharistic Procession, the inaugural concert "Maria Luce di Speranza" with the Coro Vox Artis was held. This was followed by a medieval liturgical concert (June 26), an evening with the Coro Vallongina, the Polifonica Vogherese "Angelo Gavina", and the Coro Lirico "Ponchielli" of Vertova (June 29), the concert "Le anime della Chitarra" (July 5), as well as the Flower Carpet Walk by the Gruppo Podistico Millepiedi.
