Edition 2025 — Flavours of the Itria Valley
The 2025 edition
In 2025, the "Flavours of the Itria Valley" Festival was held on August 23rd and 24th in Contrada Figazzano, Cisternino, as part of the Feast of Maria SS. della Stella and the Estate Cistranese programme. The organization, managed by the Figazzano Cultural Association, set up traditional food stalls along the hamlet's streets.
The stars of the festival were the great classics of local cuisine, from bombette to sausage, from braciole al ragù to peaches in wine, all accompanied by Itria Valley wines. The two evenings were enlivened by music and shows, in a festive atmosphere that drew residents and visitors to the Brindisi hinterland.
