Edition 2025 — Flavors of the Sea

The 2025 edition of Sapori di Mare brought Chioggia cuisine to Piazza Enrico Zanella in Vigonza during the summer, with dishes based on blue fish and Adriatic seafood recipes. The square transformed into a seaside village, amidst scents, gastronomy, and live music, with free admission.

In 2025, Sapori di Mare made a stop in Vigonza during the summer, in Piazza Enrico Zanella, re-proposing the authentic Chioggia cuisine. Blue fish and historic seafood recipes enlivened the evenings, accompanied by live music and the atmosphere of the seaside village.

The event, with free admission and kitchens open in the evening, confirmed the success of the traveling format that brings the flavors of the lagoon to the Paduan hinterland.
