Edition 2025 — Flavors of Autumn
In 2025, Sapori d'Autunno in Val Masino was structured into three weekends: mushrooms (October 18-19), game (October 25-26), and chestnuts (November 1-2). The valley's restaurants and refuges offered special menus, with guided walks and tastings of Valtellina wines and grappas.
The 2025 edition of Sapori d'Autunno confirmed the structure of three themed weekends, with the restaurants and refuges of Val Masino committed to promoting seasonal products.
The first weekend was dedicated to mushrooms, the second to game, and the third to chestnuts, with special menus to be enjoyed in the typical establishments nestled in the valley's nature. Some Saturdays featured guided walks with five tasting stops for Valtellina wines, grappas, and typical products.
