Edition 2025 — Fish and Cortese Wine Festival

In 2025, the Fish and Cortese Wine Festival returned to the Belvedere San Martino in Gavazzana (Cassano Spinola, AL) over two weekends, July 19-20 and 26-27. The highlights included mixed fried fish, seafood appetizers, linguine with seafood, and traditional desserts, all accompanied by local Cortese DOC wine. The evenings featured music and convivial moments with a view over the Tortona hills.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Fish and Cortese Wine Festival took place in Gavazzana, a village in Cassano Spinola (AL), on the weekends of July 19-20 and 26-27. On the terrace of the Belvedere San Martino, amidst gardens and ancient trees, the Pro Loco volunteers offered a rich seafood menu: brandacujun, seafood salad, linguine with seafood, mixed fried fish, and desserts like bunet and fruit tarts, paired with local white Cortese. The evenings, enlivened by live music, confirmed the festival as one of the most beloved summer events in Lower Piedmont, with the usual free shuttle service to the Belvedere.
