Edition 2025 — Fira d'la Pouia
The 2025 edition of the Fira d'la Pouia and Saras del Fen Festival was held in Bobbio Pellice, in Val Pellice, from May 15 to 18, dedicated as per tradition to the ascent of livestock to the mountain pastures.
The event brought together about 60 exhibitors with local valley products, traditional music, and the unmissable morra tournament. The heart of the festival was the parade of cows, goats, and sheep accompanied by shepherds, while in the Via Villanova pastures, around 11:30 AM, tastings of alpine cheeses took place: Toma d'Alpeggio, Sërvage, and the famous Saras del Fen, the hay-wrapped ricotta that is the symbol of the festival.
