Edition 2025 — Fior di Cascia Fritter Festival
From June 5 to 8, 2025, the 38th Fior di Cascia Acacia Flower Fritter Festival was held in Sambuca Val di Pesa, a village of Barberino Tavarnelle, at the "Fratelli Palagi" facility.
The 2025 edition also featured a food stand open for all four days with traditional acacia flower fritters, accompanied by a program full of music, motors, sports, and entertainment, culminating in the Miss Italia regional selection. The event, organized by the volunteers of U.S. Sambuca with the patronage of the Municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle, confirmed its strong bond with the Florentine Chianti community.
