Edition 2025 — Finocchio Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Finocchio Carnival took place on Saturday, March 1, from 1 PM to 7 PM, with a masked parade that crossed the neighborhood starting from via di Fontana Candida. Roma Capitale and Roma Servizi per la Mobilità had signaled temporary road closures along the entire route and possible diversions for bus lines in the area, confirming the well-established status of this popular festival in the Municipio VI delle Torri.

The 2025 Finocchio Carnival

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 1 PM to 7 PM, the Finocchio neighborhood hosted its Carnival parade. The procession started from via di Fontana Candida and traveled along via Casilina, via di Rocca Cencia, via Mandanici, via Motta Camastra, and via Bolognetta, before returning to the starting street.

Roma Capitale had included the event in the list of municipal carnivals with traffic modifications: temporary closures of the affected streets were planned, along with possible diversions for the surface lines serving the area, including the 052, 107, and C9. The event, free and open to all, involved mainly children and families from the neighborhood, with masked groups, music, and the distribution of sweets along the route.
