Edition 2025 — Pork Shank Festival

The 2025 edition of the Filecchio Pork Shank Festival took place on Saturday, June 14, at the sports field of the Barga village, starting at 8:00 PM. The Polentari di Filecchio served pork shank with potatoes, followed by a dance evening with the I Ciao orchestra. Reservations were mandatory.

In 2025, the Filecchio Pork Shank Festival was held on Saturday, June 14, at the sports field of the village in the municipality of Barga, starting at 8:00 PM.

As per tradition, the Polentari di Filecchio offered pork shank with potatoes as the main dish. After dinner, the evening continued with music and dancing thanks to the I Ciao orchestra. The event, which required mandatory reservations, served as a prelude to the great Polenta and Bird Festival in September.
