Edition 2025 — Fifth Quarter Carnival

In 2025, the Fifth Quarter Carnival once again enlivened the farmhouse of Isola Dovarese with its offering of poor peasant cuisine: pork offal, freshly made polenta, desserts, music, and masks, in a convivial and warm atmosphere typical of the carnival season.

The 2025 edition confirmed the formula that makes the Fifth Quarter Carnival of Isola Dovarese special: the valorization of the less noble parts of the pig, cooked according to the recipes of the Cremona peasant tradition.

In the farmhouse, with the heated stable transformed into a dining hall, visitors were able to taste offal, polenta, and desserts, accompanied by music, folk songs, stories, and masks. The opening of the permanent exhibition of the historic peasant house was also confirmed.
