Fiera di Santa Sofia

The Fiera di Santa Sofia 2025 enlivened Canaro, in the Bassa polesana region of Rovigo province, from September 30 to October 5. In Piazza Bersaglieri d'Italia, the covered gastronomic stand of the Pro Loco Canaro opened every evening at 7:30 PM, offering the Festival dei bigoli (with duck bigoli as the signature dish), grilled meats, and local fish specialities.

Each evening was accompanied by orchestras and musical groups for traditional ballroom dancing, in a popular festive atmosphere that has always characterized the town's autumn fair.
