Edition 2025 — Fiera della Polenta

The 27th edition of the Fiera della Polenta di Vigasio surpassed one hundred thousand visitors, confirming itself as one of the most popular gastronomic events in the province of Verona, with twelve kitchens, over one hundred polenta dishes, and the first edition of the Talent Show in Fiera, won by Francesco Zuin.

The 2025 edition of the Fiera della Polenta di Vigasio was a great public success, attracting over one hundred thousand visitors. The five heated marquees at the sports area in Via Alzeri hosted twelve kitchens and over one hundred polenta-based dishes.

Among the most appreciated innovations were the first edition of the Talent Show in Fiera, won by Francesco Zuin, and the digital ordering system via app and QR code. Evening shows, musicals, and theatrical comedies enlivened the evenings, confirming the winning formula that combines good food and popular entertainment in the heart of the Bassa Veronese.
