Fiera Bovina di Catena – Sagra di Sant'Elisabetta

The 85th edition of the Fiera Agricola di Catena took place on Monday, August 4, 2025, as part of the Sagra Paesana di Sant'Elisabetta and the Trippa of Catena di Villorba, organised by the Polisportiva di Catena together with the local parish.

The fair attracted over 3,000 visitors and around forty exhibitors, with a livestock exhibition, farm animals, falconry, an educational farm, and a market of seasonal products. Long queues formed for the tasting of tripe prepared by volunteer cooks, in keeping with the peasant ritual that accompanies the blessing of the livestock.
