Edition 2025 — Fettuccine Festival

The 2025 edition of the Collepardo Fettuccine Festival took place during the Ferragosto period, from August 15th to 17th, at the Oreste Cicalé Public Gardens. As per tradition, local housewives hand-rolled the famous fettuccine served with Ciociaro ragù, amidst musical performances, folk dancing, and the highly popular eating contest, in front of thousands of visitors who arrived in the Ciociaria region.

The Fettuccine Festival in Collepardo brought the 2025 Ferragosto to life from August 15th to 17th at the Oreste Cicalé Public Gardens, in the province of Frosinone. Organized by Pro Loco volunteers, the festival featured fettuccine hand-rolled with the 'stenn'turo' and topped with traditional Ciociaro ragù, accompanied by shows, music, and folk dancing until late at night. The historic fettuccine-eating contest was also held, attracting competitors and onlookers every year with applause and laughter, confirming the event as one of the most beloved summer highlights in the Monti Ernici.
