Festival Saperi e Sapori della Mela Rosa dei Monti Azzurri

The 20th edition of the Festival Saperi e Sapori della Mela Rosa animated the historic center of Monte San Martino, in the province of Macerata, on November 6 and 7, 2025. An important edition, which celebrated twenty years of an event that has grown to become one of the most recognizable autumn food and wine events in the Monti Azzurri.

In 2025, the absolute protagonist was again the Pink Apple, a Slow Food Presidium, showcased in the Pro Loco's food stalls with pink apple ravioli, rolls, polentone, and traditional desserts, accompanied by local chestnuts. The market of typical products, the pomological exhibition, and moments of in-depth discussion on the protection and cultivation of the fruit were also present.
