Festival of the Vow

The 2025 edition of the Festa del Voto renewed in Piove di Sacco the rite handed down since 1631: the presentation of votive candles, the entry of authorities into the Cathedral, and the procession to the Sanctuary of Santa Maria delle Grazie.

As every year, the festival involved the municipalities of Saccisica in a moment of strong civil and religious identity, in memory of the vow made to the Madonna for liberation from the plague of 1630-1631.

The 2025 program, with the presentation of votive candles, the entry of authorities into the Cathedral, and the procession to the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, followed the traditional rite of the Festa del Voto.
