Edition 2025 — Festival of the Grey Hen

The 2025 edition of the Festa d'la Galeina Grisa and Spring Fair was held on April 30th and May 1st in Piazza Mercato in Pianello Val Tidone, with sold-out attendance. Over 2,500 eggs were used for the omelettes. Two evenings of music — "I Cani della Biscia" with DJ Lelluzzo and the orchestra of Matteo Bensi — accompanied the Spring Fair with over 200 stalls.

The 2025 edition, organized by the Pro Loco of Pianello Val Tidone with the patronage of the Municipality, took place in Piazza Mercato with food stalls covered by a large marquee and an amusement park for families.

On the evening of Wednesday, April 30th, the stage hosted "I Cani della Biscia" followed by DJ Lelluzzo; on Thursday, May 1st, it was the turn of the orchestra of Matteo Bensi, with lunch and dinner at the stalls. Concurrently, the Spring Fair enlivened the center with over 200 stalls. The stars of the menu were the omelettes — for which over 2,500 eggs were used — DOP cured meats, cotechino, and wines from the Colli Piacentini.
