Edition 2025 — Franciscan Paths — Caprese Michelangelo
The 9th edition of the Festival of the Franciscan Paths took place from May 29 to June 8, 2025, with a preview on May 11, and celebrated the 800th anniversary of the composition of the Canticle of the Creatures. The festival traversed the Upper Tiber Valley, touching, among others, Citerna, Sansepolcro, Monterchi, Anghiari, Pieve Santo Stefano, Caprese Michelangelo, Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, San Giustino, and Città di Castello, reaching as far as Assisi and Florence.
The Caprese Michelangelo stage, on Sunday, June 1, featured at 6:00 PM at the Castle of Caprese Michelangelo the presentation of the book «Planting potatoes on Mars» with author Stefania De Pascale, in a meeting between literature, nature, and a look toward the future.
