Edition 2025 — Festival of the Firùn
The 2025 edition of the Festival of the Firùn and Sant'Apollonia Fair, the twenty-third, reaffirmed the winter tradition of Pessano con Bornago. As every year, the festival enlivened Piazza Pertini and the town centre with food stalls, gastronomic stands, street food, local crafts, folklore, dancing, and cultural activities. Organised by the Pro Loco of Pessano con Bornago together with the Municipality, the festival renewed the community's bond with the patron saint Sant'Apollonia and the symbol of the chestnut necklace.
