Edition 2025 — Festival of the Crucifix

In 2025, the Festival of the Crucifix animated Suzzara for a week in September, with cappelletti, fairground rides, and music in Piazza Garibaldi. The Notte Rosa, the first edition of Suzzara Comix, and musical evenings, including guitar rock with Enrico Zapparoli, marked a rich and well-attended program.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of the Crucifix confirmed its role as Suzzara's identity festival. In Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, the food stand offered cappelletti and Mantuan cuisine, while fairground rides and shows accompanied the entire week.

Among the most popular events were the Notte Rosa with shopping, ice skating, and dancing, the first edition of Suzzara Comix dedicated to comics and cosplay, and the music evenings, from guitar rock with Enrico Zapparoli (formerly of Modà) to Latin dances. A festival that, year after year, blends tradition and innovation in the heart of the Province of Mantua.
