Edition 2025 — Festival of the 4 Lights
2025 Edition: two days of art, taste, and Dantesque suggestions
In 2025, the Festival of the 4 Lights returned to Sapri, in the province of Salerno, on Saturday, July 26th, and Sunday, July 27th, for its second edition. The chosen theme looked to the Divine Comedy: the route set up along Via Mazzini, with entrance from the Corso Umberto side, offered a journey into the afterlife made of symbols, lights, and eternal words.
How it unfolded
Each evening, the "Access Portal" opened at 8:15 PM; from 8:30 PM, performances started and food stalls opened with local flavors. The event, organized by the Immacolata Parish with the patronage of the Province of Salerno and the Municipality of Sapri, openly intertwined art, entertainment, gastronomy, and spirituality, involving local businesses and associations for both days.
The aftermath
The positive response to that edition led to the third, scheduled for August 1st and 2nd, 2026, with a completely different theme dedicated to fairy tales.
