Edition 2025 — Spaghetti Festival

In 2025, the 55th Festival of Spaghetti and Local Products enlivened Casacastalda with nine evenings of dancing, spaghetti in various variations, and local products, amidst live orchestras and conviviality, in the hamlet of Valfabbrica in the province of Perugia.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Spaghetti and Local Products, the 55th, confirmed the success of Casacastalda's major summer celebration, a hamlet of Valfabbrica (PG). For nine evenings, the village's multipurpose canopy came alive with food stalls dedicated to spaghetti and local specialties—cheeses, cured meats, desserts of the Umbrian peasant tradition.

Accompanying the dinners, dancing orchestras had young and old dancing through the August nights, in an intergenerational festive atmosphere organized by Pro Casacastalda, which involves the entire community in the festival's organization each year.
